Do I need to be at home when you collect or drop off my dog?
No, if you are happy for us to hold keys for you, this enables us to collect and drop of your dog while you’re not at home. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.
How do you work out the pricing for your walks?
Our pricing is based on the size and physical needs of your dog. For example, a small dog, such as a Dachshund, would be walked for 30-45 minutes and cost £6 per walk. However, a large dog, such as a Golden Retriever, would be walked for 60 minutes-1 hour 15 minutes and cost £10 per walk.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
We can walk up to 3 dogs per walk as long as they are from the same household. We like to provide a comfortable environment for your dogs so they feel safe and relaxed.
Where will my dog be walked?
Depending on which part of BS7 you live in, your dog will be walked in either St. Andrews park, Redland Park or Horfield Common. Or if your dog prefers to walk around streets, we will provide a route to fit the right time and legnth.
What equipment do you provide?
We provide equipment such as biodegradable doggy bags, water and bowl, a doggy first aid kit, lights for dog’s collars in the dark and healthy treats. To make sure your dog feels at ease, we use the lead, collar and favourite toys that they feel comfy in and that's all you'll need to provide.
How do you make sure my dog is safe?
When we receive an enquiry from a new client, we require them to fill out a 5 minute form about you, your dog, safety and emergency contacts. We aim to ensure that no risks face your dog in any situation.
What happens in an emergency?
In an emergency, we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you and urgent veterinary attention is required, we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances. We also carry a dog first aid kit in case of minor injuries where no medical attention is needed but we will still contact you about the situation.
Will we be able to meet you before any walks take place?
Of course! With any new customer we like to arange a short meeting, which can be set up to suit your schedule, to discuss you and your dog.
